You can cancel your support subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid them.
In case the contract is cancelled from Bails Soft in first 15 days of contract signing date, client will receive a full refund of their advance payment.

You agree that until and unless you notify BAILSSOFT of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other charges at any time. The payments can be made from any of your preferred payment mode. BAILSSOFT will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. BAILSSOFT makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. BAILSSOFT disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by BAILSSOFT and its employees. We strongly recommend all of our customers to do their own backups of software files and database to ensure they have ready access to their data in the event we should have a hardware failure. Though we do not expect anything like this to occur, we want you to be prepared in the event that it does. BAILSSOFT reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
BAILSSOFT also reserves the right to cancel your services with 24 hours’ notice should an event occur in which proper evidence exists that a customer was exceptionally rude or vulgar in communications with our staff.
